Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

    Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.
    Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.
    If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

    How do I use my discount code?

    If you received the discount code from "New Customer Subscription", you can find your discount code in your email inbox. This code would expire after 5 days.

    If you received the discount code from posting a review with a photo, the discount will automatcially apply to your next purchase.

    Once you have your discount code, you can manually type in the code during check out.

    Most of the discount codes can be used one time only and are not applicable to the shipping cost.

    We offer completely FREE standard shipping across Australia. In addition, we provide express shipping at an additional cost.

    We ship from Brisbane, Queensland.

    Our shipping carrier is Australian Post. We offer standard and express shipping.

    What is the delivery time?

    There are multiple factors affecting the shipping/delivery time.

    All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

    AusPost Standard Shipping: 3-6 Business days; AusPost Express Shipping: 1-3 Business days. Rural/regional locations may take even longer.

    Delays may occur during holidays, sales and product launches. Additionally, COVID situation may affect the delivery time.

    Do I get a tracking number for my orders?

    Absolutely. All shipping will include a tracking number that allows you to know where the parcel is.

    If you find the tracking number not working properly, please email us and we will fix it ASAP.


    Can I return or exchange an item?

    Absolutely. Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.

    What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

    We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange. Please provide photographic evidence for those faulty items.

    In this case, we also offer free return postage for these faulty items. We will email you a return label.

    Customers need to pay the return shipping costs. However, if the items are faulty, we will pay the shipping costs by sending you a return label via email.
