Shipping policy

Shipping Fees 

We offer free Australia Post standard shipping across Australia for orders over $100 AUD. For orders less than $100 AUD, an additional shipping fee of $10 will be charged. 

We provide Australia Post express shipping across Australia at an additional cost. 

For international postage, free shipping is available for orders over $100 USD. An additional will be charged for both standard shipping less than $100 USD and express shipping. 

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (delays may occur during holidays, sales and product launches) 

Australia (Standard) - 3-6 Business days 

Australia (Express) - 1-3 Business days 

International shipping may take ups to a month. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays due to COVID-19, public holidays or postal errors. During busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods), we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. We will not be accountable for delivery times due to errors from the postal service.

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up of purchases or viewing prior to purchasing. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or incorrect address at the fault of the customer, the customer will be liable to pay for the additional shipping costs to re-send the order.
